A Night in New York

A warmth spreads to my cheeks and resides on my mouth

Sweet words and embraces leaves me breathless and keen for more

With an incandescent healer and owner of the softest hands

Lover of lit by Junot Diaz and Gabriel Garcia Marquez

The warmth of caresses amidst swirling lights and piercing cold

Chemistry sizzles and bounces sensationally like the notes on the saxophonist’s song
